Come join Marian McCoy in a fun and interactive afternoon that digs into the what, why, and how of common invasive alien plants in our region. Learn about ivy, daphne, broom, gorse, knotweeds, blackberry, poison hemlock and other suspects, as well as some suitable native alternatives. Please be prepared to take your own notes. Marian McCoy is an ecologist with more than 17 years in the environmental management sector, including invasive plant management and ecological restoration.
